Woodbrook Golf Club's plans to sell a pocket of land for development and reconfigure several holes are coming to fruition this summer.

A scheme to realise the potential of Milford Golf Club's land by identifying suitable land (acceptable to planning policy) on part of the course for built development.

Relocation to a new site with additions and refurbishment to the clubhouse and upgraded hospitality facilities.

Relocation of Basingstoke Golf Club to nearby Dummer, including a re-modelled golf course and new clubhouse and facilities. This is enabling the existing site to be developed for housing.
